The Saline County Career Center Future Business Leaders of America Chapter had 3 members and their adviser attend the National Fall Leadership Conference in Providence, Rhode Island from November 9-12, 2023.

Members Dianna Escarate, Cheyann Norman, Ashley Turcios and Adviser Tracy Crumbaugh attended the conference where they had the opportunity to network with other members, attend skill lab workshops, and explore the cities of Providence and Boston, Massachusetts.

This national leadership conference was an opportunity for students to participate in motivational general sessions, professional development, and career planning workshops.

During the Business & Leadership Skill Labs the attendees had the opportunity to hone their business skills in an area of interest to them and take a deep dive into a business or leadership skill of their choice. In addition to the deep-dives into a specific business skills, students had the opportunity to develop professionally through breakout sessions including leadership trainings, workshops with college admission officers, and round-table discussions with other student leaders.
