The Slater School District Board of Education approved a snow removal bid during its meeting on Tuesday, November 28.

Superintendent Terry Lorenz said the bids were competitive, but the board decided to stay with the bid from Stevens Excavating.

In other news, the board heard a presentation from the Slater High School senior class about the Spring 2024 class trip. The class will be going to Orlando, Florida from March 22-27.

Also, the board approved the 2024-2025 school calendar.
