A Marshall man has been charged with a felony after a reported disturbance on November 30.

According to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, the department responded to a 911 at a residence at 3:13 p.m. Authorities arrived on scene an learned that Robbin Litton was allegedly creating a disturbance after getting into an argument with a female victim.

The argument reportedly started when the victim questioned if Litton had any drugs in his possession. Litton is currently under the supervision of a Parole Officer for a previous drug charge.

The victim reported that Litton had broken a door off its hinges and smashed several items in their house. Litton was also allegedly in possession of a pair of broke garden clippers with blades about 12 inches in length, which authorities determined could be used as a deadly instrument.

Court documents say Litton has been charged with a felony for unlawful use of a weapon exhibiting, and a misdemeanor for domestic assault in the fourth degree. Bond was set at $10,000.
