A Concordia teenager was injured in a one-vehicle accident on Friday, December 8.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Aleea Frerking traveled off the left side of the roadway, causing it to strike an embankment and overturn.

Frerking was transported to Centerpoint Hospital to treat moderate injuries.

The accident occurred at 11:25 a.m. on Mulkey Station Road and Zoar Road, east bound in Lafayette County.
