The Marshall Public School Board of education, discussed and motioned the decision on renaming the Marshall High School gym.

The board will rename the high school gymnasium in Jim Hargraves’ honor.

Jim Hargrave led the boys wrestling team to the state championship in 1978 and 1979.

The Marshall Public School Board would also like to clarify that it is the gymnasium being renamed, and not the court.
