The Salisbury Board of Alderman met in regular session on December 14.

A resolution for a Tax Measure was submitted to voters for the April 2, 2024 Municipal Election.

The Tax measure will impose an additional sales tax of one-half-of-one percent on all retail sales within the city of Salisbury.

This is for the purpose of providing revenues for the operation of the Salisbury Municipal Fire Department.

The motion was passed.
