The Slater School District is installing a new HVAC system in one of its buildings over the coming winter break.

The board approved the contract with Performance Services Inc. in May 2023, and will be able to install the new system in Alexander Elementary School over the break.

In other news, election filing for the two board member seats is available until 5 p.m. December 26. Each seat will serve a three-year term.
