The Missouri State Highway Patrol has planned general highway maintenance and construction work in Carroll and Chariton County for the week of December 25-31.

All of the planned work can be viewed on the MoDOT Traveler Information Map.

In Carroll County:
-Route 139 will be closed for a culvert replacement from County Road 210 to County Road 220 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. December 27.
-Route 139 will also be closed from County Road 150 to County Road 160 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. December 28.

In Chariton County:
-Route 5 is scheduled to have pavement repairs from Batts Creek Road to Mudd Lane from December 26-29.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work.
