
James Craig Wilson, 59, of Concordia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at home surrounded by his family.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, December 29, 2023, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Concordia with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Friday. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Dunksburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Old Drum Animal Shelter and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com.
Born January 9, 1964, in Kansas City, MO, he was the son of the late Monte James Wilson and Patricia Ann Williams Wilson who survives of Grandview, MO. On April 7, 1990, Craig married Nancy Ann Meyer who survives of the home. He had lived in Concordia since 1974 and was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Emma. He did auto body repair and restoration most of his life and also worked in siding installation and construction.
In addition to his mother and wife; survivors include five children, Jessica Wilson (Chris Miller) of Casey, Il, Heather Mastin (Mike) of Centralia, Ashley Uhlik (Andrew) of Oak Grove, Jeremiah Wilson (Alyssa) of Centerview, and James Wilson (Bobbi) of Concordia; 11 grandchildren, Augustus Miller, Evan Mastin, Ierlyn Wilson, Kylin Mastin, Ezri Mastin, Madeline Uhlik, Eli Uhlik, Eleanor Uhlik, Declan Uhlik, Emmie Uhlik and Warren Wilson; three siblings, Mike Wilson (Lori) of Independence, MO, Tracy Kurth (Tom) of Alma, MO and Sarah Simon (Joe) of Raytown, MO; as well as many nieces and nephews.
