
On December 24, the Lexington Police Department was dispatched to a motel for suspected narcotic activity.
Upon arrival, the Lexington Police Department was granted warrant access to the motel, where police identified 28-year-old Brandon Flores.
Without incident, Flores was able to cooperate with police, and allow entry for a search.
Police state they observed a straw on a nightstand , and a backpack laying on the bed.
After further search, police were able to secure a clear baggy, with a purple, colored crystal-like substance in the backpack.
The Lexington Police Department detained Flores, and brought him into custody.
Upon returning to the Lexington Police Department, the crystal-like substance field tested positive for Fentanyl.
Flores has been charged with a felony on possession of a controlled substance.
Flores is still in custody, and bond is set at $45,000 cash, or surety.
