The Missouri Department of Transportation will be closing one lane on Johnson County Route Y for brush cutting operations starting from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. on January 2-5. This will not be a complete closure but will require lane closures. All work is weather permitting.

-Crews will be conducting brush cutting operations on Route Y from County Road Southeast 671 to County Road Southeast 871 on Tuesday and Wednesday.
-Crews will be conducting brush cutting operations on Route Y from County Road Southeast 871 to County Road Southeast 921 on Thursday and Friday.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones.
