Culvert replacement work is scheduled in Carroll County to begin 2024.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work.

Route 139 is scheduled to be closed for the work from County Road 210 to County Road 220 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2024.

The work will continue from County Road 150 to County Road 160 on Thursday, January 4 as well.
