The Marshall City Council met in session on January 2.

In the session, City Administrator JD Kehrman, mentioned the active trespassing that occurs at the Hab center in the city of Marshall.

The council would like to advise that anyone walking through the gates and around the lake will be considered as trespassers, and can be subject to citation.

The City of Marshall, has plans to open the area back to the public, however nothing is set to date yet. More updates will be provided on that project once received.

The City of Marshall would also like to express that this is not to aggravate public opinion, but that the center is closed for safety purposes.
