The Sedalia Police were dispatched to an assault call that led to the arrest of Tristan Fizer on December 17, 2023.

The incident occurred at an apartment where Fizer allegedly punched a victim during a child exchange.

The victim reported significant injuries and property damage, prompting Fizer’s arrest.

Fizer, with a history of assault arrests, denied the charges but was taken into custody by the Sedalia Police Department.

Fizer has now been charged with  Assault in the 3rd degree, a felony, and Property Damage in the 2nd degree.
