The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a single-vehicle crash yesterday evening.

The incident involved a 2017 Polaris Ranger traveling northbound, driven by 33-year-old Dillon C Slaughter.

The crash occurred as Slaughter was performing circular driving maneuvers causing the vehicle to overturn and eject himself and the passenger.

The vehicle sustained moderate damage but was secured at the scene.

The passenger, 29-year-old Morgan B Kaune, suffered minor injuries and was transported to MU Urgent Care in Boonville.  Slaughter sustained serious injuries and was transported to the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia by Cooper County EMS.

The crash occurred at 4:09 PM in Cooper County.
