The Salisbury Board of Aldermen approved an appointment to the Library Board during its meeting on Thursday, January 11

According to unofficial minutes from the meeting, Mayor Stephen Kacvinsky recommended Willa Burris to the board to fill the unexpired term of Jamie Vetter. Aldermen approved the appointment with a unanimous vote.

The board also approved a motion to accept bids for a new zero-turn mower. The board also wants to explore lease options, as pricing options have came in at over $17,000. That motion was also passed with a unianomous vote.
