A wind chill warning is still  in effect until noon CST today for Central Missouri, with dangerously cold wind chills ranging from 20 below to 30 below zero.

The cold conditions pose a risk of frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

It is advised to avoid outdoor activities if possible and, when outside, wear appropriate clothing, including a hat and gloves, to ensure protection from the extreme cold.
