Joseph David Liggett, 76, of Marshall, MO, died Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Fitzgibbon Hospital.

Memorial visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 29, 2024, at Marshall Church of the Nazarene with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m.  Pastor Clark Armstrong and William W. Joe was born on May 20, 1947, in Ironton, MO, to the late Wesley William Liggett and Berniece Swearingan Liggett.  On August 23, 1975, he married Sharon Love who survives of the home.  Joe retired from the United States Postal Service after 28 years of service and was a member of Marshall Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to his wife, Sharon; survivors include two sons, Derrick Liggett of Knob Noster and Ryan Liggett (Jessica) of Marshall; four grandchildren: Corbin, Carter, Andrew and Austin; three brothers; two sisters; as well as nieces, nephews and other extended family.
