Members of the Main Street organizations of Sedalia participated in the Missouri Main Street Connection Inc. (MMSC) hosted Main Street Capitol Day in Jefferson City on January 23, 2024.

The event gathered Main Street communities statewide to engage with legislators, highlighting their downtown revitalization, economic development, and small business support efforts.

MMSC empowers these communities, resulting in $1.2 billion of investments, 1,155 net new businesses, and 5,313 net new jobs.
