
Chariton Valley Telephone Cooperative has selected Owen Wyatt of Salisbury High School, for an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington D.C. Wyatt, along with over 100 other high school juniors from across the United States, will represent the cooperative from June 3rd to June 7th.
During this trip, Wyatt will have the opportunity to gain firsthand experience of governmental processes, network with peers from rural communities, and visit iconic landmarks such as the Lincoln Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, and the Smithsonian Museum.
This initiative reflects Chariton Valley’s commitment to empowering youth leadership and fostering community engagement.
