The Marshall Municipal Utilities Board of Public Works voted to continue improving the wastewater collection system during its meeting on Thursday, February 1.

The board will improve about 5,000 feet of sewer main using the Cured-In-Place-Pipe method. The budget for this project is $150,000.

The board voted to request bids from outside contractors to complete the project. The motion passed with a unanimous vote.
