The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing work across Johnson, Lafayette, and Pettis Counties from February 5-9. All work is weather permitting.

In Johnson County:
Crews will be performing brush cutting operations at various locations in Johnson County. This work will require various lane closures. These will not be complete closures.
-Monday, February 5 on Route Y between Southeast 921 Road and Southeast 701 Road,
-Tuesday, February 6 on Route Y between Southeast 951 Road to Southeast 701 Road,
-Wednesday, February 7 – Friday, February 9 on Route E between Route CC and Route MM,
-Monday, February 5 – Friday, February 9 on Missouri Highway 2 between MO Highway 13 and Chilhowee.

In Lafayette County:
-Missouri Highway 131 over I-70: the bridge will be completely closed on Tuesday, February 6, from approximately 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for bridge deck repair.

In Pettis County:
-Pettis County Route T between Oak Point Road and Wood Road: the highway will be closed on Monday, February 5, from approximately 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for culvert replacement work.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones.
