According to the postal service, a significant number of residents within the KMMO listening area are encountering delays in receiving their water bills, with some not receiving them at all.

This will help prevent late payments and avoid the possibility of water service disconnection.

Residents on the western side of Missouri, including Lafayette and Saline County have reported these issues. Residents in Sedalia are not affected by this issue.
