Lydia Jane Kearney, 82, of Marshall, MO, died Saturday, February 10, 2024, at home.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Longwood Cemetery in Pettis County, with William W. Harlow officiating. There will be no visitation. Born September 21, 1941, in Boonville, MO, she was the daughter of the late Rodney Alexander and Evelyn Walk Alexander. On October 13, 1956, she married George “Dan” Kearney who preceded her in death on May 28, 2018.

Survivors include one daughter, Jill Hieronymus (Sam) of rural Marshall; five grandchildren, Angela Eager, Dan Hieronymus, Samuel Hieronymus, Amanda Hieronymus and Lydia Nicole Kearney; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three siblings, Elsie Simmons, Wilbur Alexander and Helen Pummill; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Lydia was preceded in death by one daughter, Crystel D. Kearney.
