SCCC Future Business Leaders of America Chapter members participated in District-19 competition in Chillicothe on Friday, February 9, 2024. District competition consists of online objective tests, performance events, and production events. The chapter will have ten (10) members advancing to state in thirteen (13) events.

State Leadership Conference will be held in Springfield from April 14-16 at the University Plaza Hotel, EXPO Center and JQH Arena at Missouri State University.

In addition to the state qualifiers, several members earned medals for their events during District Leadership Conference.

As part of the conference, officers for the 2024-2025 school year are elected. Two District Officers are from SCCC, Lauren Chaney-King, Vice President of Communications, and Dianna Escarate, Vice President of Public Relations.
