The Pettis County Commission will be announcing the appointment for the vacant Pettis County Prosecuting Attorney position on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.

The appointment will be effective until the next duly elected or appointed successor is qualified by Missouri Governor Michael L. Parson.

The announcement will take place in the Commission Chambers, located on the 2nd floor of the Pettis County Courthouse, and is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.
