During the Marshall City Council meeting held on February 21, Mayor Vince Lutterbie provided his mayoral report, highlighting the imminent revision of safety measures at three critical intersections: Miami and College, College and Odell, and Morrow and Odell.

Mayor Lutterbie emphasized the significance of these intersections, which witness high pedestrian traffic, particularly from college students. He revealed plans for future collaboration with MODOT to enhance safety conditions, aiming to prioritize the well-being of both college students and Marshall residents.

Additionally, Mayor Lutterbie informed the council that due to Councilman Phil Perkins’ absence, they were requested to revisit the previously tabled UTV ordinance at the next council meeting.
