
On February 20, 2024, the Crime Resolution Unit received a tip-off about a stolen vehicle’s presence at the Walmart parking lot situated at 3201 W Broadway Blvd. A deputy from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Department, who happened to be nearby, promptly responded. Upon arrival, the deputy apprehended three individuals, one of whom was carrying a firearm. Shortly after, a unit from the Sedalia Police arrived and detained a fourth person.
Further investigation at the scene revealed another stolen vehicle linked to the detained individuals. A subsequent search of the vehicles uncovered a significant quantity of methamphetamine in one of them.
Following the investigation, three adults and one juvenile were arrested. The charges being sought against the suspects are detailed below:
Rogelio Munoz, aged 23:
– Second-degree trafficking of drugs (Methamphetamine)
– Possession of a controlled substance
– First-degree tampering with a motor vehicle
Jose Reyes, aged 34:
– Second-degree trafficking of drugs (Methamphetamine)
– Possession of a controlled substance
– First-degree tampering with a motor vehicle
Jeison Munoz, aged 22:
– Second-degree trafficking of drugs (Methamphetamine)
– Possession of a controlled substance
– First-degree tampering with a motor vehicle
