
Two drivers were left injured after a crash on Interstate-70 on Thursday, February 29.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 54-year-old Mary Dutch struck the rear of a vehicle driven by 34-year-old Joey Solis while driving down I-70. Dutch’s vehicle traveled off the left side of the highway and struck the median barrier cables. Solis’s vehicle also traveled off the left side of the roadway,. overturned, and struck the median barrier cables.
Both drivers were injured and transported to University Hospital in Columbia.
The accident occurred at 7:35 a.m. on Westbound I-70 in Cooper County.
