Tuesday evening, around 8 pm Sedalia Police were called to Motel 6 at 3402 West Broadway in response to gunfire.

Upon arrival, law enforcement encountered three individuals who reported being targeted by an unidentified male who discharged several rounds before escaping the scene.

Initial inquiries suggest this was an isolated occurrence, and investigations are still underway.
