
Kenneth Clayton Holman, 102, of Warrensburg, formerly of Sedalia died Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg.
Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 18, 2024 at Crown Hill Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Anstine officiating. Full military honors will be given by the United States Navy and the V.F.W. Post #2591 of Sedalia. Friends may call Monday morning prior to the services at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel. Memorials are suggested to V.F.W. Post 2591 in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
Born April 1, 1921, in Sedalia, he was the son of the late William O. and Ursula Dinwiddie Holman. On June 2, 1957, in Carson City, Nevada, he married Patricia M. Sanders, and she preceded in him death on May 17, 1995.
Mr. Holman was a member of the East Sedalia Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, being awarded the World Victory Medal, and was a member of the V.F.W. Post #2591 in Sedalia. He was a graduate of Smith Cotton High School. He retired as a foreman in middle management from the Food Machine Company in California.
He is survived by a grandson, Stuart Findley; two nieces, Sally Kay Pauley and Judy Morgan; two nephews, Ed Holman, and Kenny Holman; plus two special friends that cared for his affairs late in life, Mike Kreisel and Joe Knobee. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Edgar Overton Holman, George Rufus Holman, and William Harold Holman; and a nephew, Billy Holman.
