Roadwork is scheduled in Chariton County from March 18-24.

According to the Missouri Department of Transportation, should work is scheduled on route 5 from Batts Creek Road to Doxie Avenue from March 18-20.

Also, Route C will be closed for a culvert replacement from Route 5 to Hurricane Branch Avenue from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 21.

All work is weather permitting.
