
On Monday, March 25 around 10:32 a.m., Detectives from the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit, along with the Special Response Team and Mid Missouri Drug Task Force, responded to 718 East 16th Street to execute a search warrant related to drug activity.
Upon arrival, the authorities entered the premises and apprehended four adult individuals. During a search of the residence, methamphetamine, pills, and firearms were discovered.
Following the investigation, three individuals were arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail. Two of them were held on a 24-hour hold.
The suspects and their charges are as follows: Lori L. Moore, aged 53, is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Protected Area, Possession of a Controlled Substance (3 counts), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Judith E. Pettis, aged 62, faces charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (2 counts). Timothy Sutterby, aged 64, was arrested on a Benton County Warrant.
