The Saline County Commission convened in regular session on March 27, during which Commissioners noted that out of the 46 tax entities, including schools and road districts, a total of $271,240.94 has been held in escrow as of January 31.

This delay in disbursing funds to the entities has resulted in financial strain, with the Marshall District School currently having $105,122.91 sitting in escrow.
