Brad Driskill, the Agriculture Program Director at State Fair Community College, has been named a finalist for the Missouri FFA Golden Owl Award for his outstanding dedication as an agriculture educator.

The Golden Owl Award, a collaboration between Nationwide and the Missouri FFA Foundation, recognizes teachers’ contributions to agriculture education. Driskill is among seven finalists who will be honored at the Missouri FFA State Convention on April 18th, with one educator receiving the Missouri Agriculture Educator of the Year title along with a $3,000 cash prize.

This initiative aims to highlight the crucial role of agricultural teachers and express gratitude for their ongoing efforts in education.
