The Slater School District Board of Education certified election results during its most recent meeting.

Incumbents Bonita Butner and John “Jason” Stockman received the most votes and were re-elected to the board. The board also voted for board officers as well. Jayme England is Board President, Matt Campbell is Vice President, and Tedd Wiseman was voted as Secretary.

In other news, the board approved the Summer Acceleration Program, which will be held from May 21-24 for mathematics, and from May 28-31 for reading.
