The city of Concordia has hired Kacie Messer to fill the position of Treasurer and Assistant City Clerk.

City Treasurer Carol Mueller would be retiring from the city in May 2024. Messer is will be formally appointed to the position during the Board of Aldermen meeting on May 6.

Mueller announced her retirement in March 2024.
