Two individuals, Eric D. Gray from Excelsior Springs and Kourtney Pulley from Concordia, have been officially charged in connection with a recent incident involving shots fired in Higginsville. According to records available online, Gray faces charges of unlawful use of a weapon, while Pulley is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.

As outlined in a probable cause statement, Pulley is accused of brandishing a firearm, threatening Gray, during a confrontation involving two other individuals referred to as Suspect #2 and Suspect #4. Gray and Suspect #2 departed the scene, but later returned, with Gray purportedly firing a single shot into the passenger side of a parked vehicle.

Bond amounts have been set at $25,000 for Gray and $10,000 for Pulley.
