A four vehicle crash was reported in Pettis County on Wednesday, April 24.

According to a report, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Dustin Renfro crashed into a vehicle stopped for a stop light. The momentum from Renfro’s vehicle caused the vehicles stopped at the light to strike the rear of the vehicle in front of them. A total of four vehicles, including Renfro’s, were involved with the collision.

Renfro was transported to University of Missouri Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Renfro was reportedly not wearing a seat-belt at the time of the crash. No injuries were reported in the other three vehicles.

The accident occurred at 5:23 p.m. on northbound 65, south of Rebar Road in Pettis County.
