Lynne Annette Chevalier, 71, of Marshall, MO, died Thursday, April 25, 2024, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating.  Burial will follow in Ridge Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.  The family request that in lieu of plants, fresh flowers or a donation to family choice be made in care of the funeral home. Born August 23, 1952, in La Crosse, WI, she was the daughter of the late Maurice D. Zank and Marjorie Foss Zank.  Lynne lived in Marshall most of her life and was a 1970 graduate of Marshall High School. In 1981 she married Victor “Vic” Chevalier who survives.  In 1971 and 1972 she worked at TG&Y and then from 1972 until 1988 she worked at Farm & Home Savings Bank where she started as a teller and ended her career there as branch manager. She then attended nursing school at the Saline County Career Center and earned her LPN degree.  After earning her LPN degree she worked in nursing homes and home health up until her health no longer allowed it in late 2023.  Lynne was always there to help people when they needed it.

In addition to her husband, Vic; she is survived by one daughter, Emily Maxwell (Scott) of Maricopa, AZ; three grandchildren: Rebecca, Wyatt and J.D.; their mother, Amanda Chevalier of Everton, MO; one brother, Dale Zank (Cindy) of Noblesville, IN; one sister, Susan Williams (Kurt) of Springfield; her mother-in-law, Nancy Chevalier of Marshall; as well as nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Lynne was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Marjorie; and one son, Eric Maurice Chevalier.
