A man from Washington state, Marian Firu, who previously admitted to stealing thousands of dollars’ worth of circuit breakers from a Menards store in Jefferson City, has now been charged in Pettis County for a similar offense. Firu, who pleaded guilty to a theft exceeding $750 in Cole County last year, received a probation sentence. The recent charge in Pettis County accuses him of stealing circuit breakers valued at $2,898.74.

Firu was initially accused of stealing $3,384 worth of circuit breakers in Jefferson City and faced additional charges related to theft and resisting arrest in St. Peters, Missouri. Reports suggest he was part of a larger theft scheme involving Menards stores across multiple states.
