Bueker Middle School students recently captured first place in the CDMA Math Relays.

Forty BMS students from 6th-8th grade competed in the Large School division in categories such as Estimation, Mental Math, Measurement, Geometry, and Algebra. BMS scored 562 points, edging out Warrensburg’s second place total of 545 points, followed by Knob Noster’s 304.

Demarcus Franklin was the top overall 8th grade student. Meg Linsenbardt was the second place 8th grade student. Josie Miller was the top overall student in 7th grade.

This is the first time in at least 20 years that Bueker students have placed first in this contest.
