
A Marshall man, Justin K. Hendricks, 41, has been charged in Saline County with first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree child molestation, as indicated by online court records.
According to a probable cause statement, the victim alleged that Hendricks had touched her multiple times over the years, specifically mentioning incidents in March 2019 and December 2022.
Hendricks denied these allegations during his interview with law enforcement, as noted in the probable cause statement.
