* **When**: From early this morning until late tonight.

* **Impacts**: When the water reaches 16.0 feet, low-lying woodlands and fields near the creek will flood.

* **Additional Details**:
– As of 12:30 AM CDT Tuesday, the water level was at 14.8 feet.
– The river is forecasted to rise above flood stage early this morning, cresting at 16.9 feet later in the morning, and then falling below flood stage by late afternoon.
– Flood stage is at 16.0 feet.

Remember to turn around and avoid driving on flooded roads, as most flood-related deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially careful at night when it’s harder to see flood dangers.
