Sedalia, Missouri – May 16, 2024 – State Fair Community College will hold its spring commencement ceremony on May 17th at 7 p.m. in the Mathewson Exhibition Center at the Missouri State Fairgrounds. Steve Galloway, a distinguished alumnus, will be the commencement speaker. He served in the U.S. Army before dedicating 38 years to teaching at SFCC and contributing to his community.

Approximately 461 graduates will receive 555 degrees/certificates, spanning various disciplines. The ceremony will honor students from multiple SFCC campuses and online programs. Additionally, SFCC’s Adult Education and Literacy program will recognize individuals who passed the 2024 High School Equivalency exam with a ceremony on May 18th.
