The project to replace the driving surface of the Howard County Route P bridge over Bonne Femme Creek, located at the east city limits of New Franklin, is set to start right after Memorial Day. Starting Tuesday, May 28, Route P will be closed to all traffic at the bridge and will stay closed 24/7 until the end of August. Motorists will need to find an alternative route during this period.
