Work is continuing on a new residence hall for Missouri Valley College.

The college broke ground on the new residence hall, which will be named Marshall Village, in April 2024. The college plans for the residence hall to be ready and open by fall 2024.

Marshall Village will be a 31-bed residence hall similar to Viking Village and Valley Village, which are apartment complexes comprised of 4 buildings (A, B, C, D) and provides housing to upper class students who hold a 2.5 or higher GPA.

Marshall Village will be located on Conway Avenue, across the street from the college campus in Marshall.
