A Carroll County route is scheduled to be closed for an emergency culvert replacement.

Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will be closing Route E in Carroll County, north of Norborne, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 22.

The road will be closed from between Routes PP and D to replace a culvert under the roadway.

Motorists will need to use an alternate route during the closure. All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
