The Kansas City Royals beat the Detroit Tigers 10-3 on Tuesday, May 21. Kansas City scored the first eight runs of the game, knocking Tigers starter Casey Mize out of the game in the second inning. Bobby Witt Jr. homered twice and drove in six runs in the game. Hunter Renfroe also
had a solo homer. Alec Marsh went six innings, allowing three runs on five hits. The Royals are now 31-19 on the season and have won five in a row.
