The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a crash at 5:15 PM on May 25. The incident occurred at NW 100 Rd at Route VV in Johnson County.

The vehicle involved was a 2003 Harley Davidson, which sustained moderate damage. The driver, James D Smith, a 50-year-old male from Warrensburg, sustained minor injuries but was wearing a safety device.

EMS transported him to Western Missouri Medical Center. The crash occurred as the vehicle traveled off the roadway and overturned.
